Please be careful to make sure your garage doors are closed any time they don't have to be open. We've had a few residents who have had things stolen from open garages when they were only away from the garage for a few minutes. Unfortunately, it's a sad reality of our community that there are opportunisitic thieves out there who would rather grab something from you than get it honestly.

Past Due Residents

It was unanimously approved at the Annual Meeting that the names of the past due residents are to be posted. They are:

1. Tom Engle (2409 Oak Brook) has not paid 2006 - 2009.

2. Jose Diaz & Carmen Concepcion (2724 Willow Creek) have not paid 2008 or 2009.

3. John Mazurek (2728 Willow Creek) has not paid 2008 or 2009.

The Community Services division of the Bedford Police Department, as part of their PACE (Police Alerting Citizines by Email) program, sent out an interesting article that they received from the Keller Police. If you keep electronics in your car (GPS, garage door opener, cell phone, etc.), you might want to read it and perhaps think twice.
